OVERVIEW Welcome to Nico! The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Nico. Nico operates this store and website, including all information, content, features, tools, products, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here (the “Services”). Your order is not accepted until Nico confirms it. We must receive and process your payment before accepting your order. Please review your orders carefully before checking out, as Nico may not be able to process cancellation requests once an order is accepted. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. You may return or exchange purchases strictly in accordance with our Refund Policy. You represent and warrant that your purchase is for personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

We will not be liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs clearance, or events beyond our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, the title and risk of loss transfer to you.
